Pendergast & Terach, P.C., is an Orange and Rockland County-based architectural design firm created in the mid 1990s to provide quality architectural and planning services for both residential and commercial environments. The firm's two Principals, William H. Pendergast and Barry Terach, are registered architects in several states and have been providing quality architectural and planning services for new and renovated office buildings, educational facilities, industrial and research facilities, and residential projects.

Pendergast & Terach's services include master planning and programming, design and building development, construction documentation, interior design services, and construction coordination. Their in-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of various facilities enables them to prepare projects for coordination with local jurisdiction and construction firms to properly execute each project.

Firm Principal, Barry Terach, and Project Designer Teddy Hiller collaborated to create a collection of well-designed homes to compose River Ridge Estates. The featured architectural styles were chosen to recognize the visual fabric of the Nyacks while accommodating the dynamic terrain of the site.
